The new Tasting room at South Seattle Community College
Yesterday I went to a fantastic Champagne Tasting at South Seattle Community College. The new building is awesome. OK so it is not so new but it is the first time I have seen it.
Our Sommelier, Yashar Shayan of Implusewine.com presented a fantastic 2 hour talk on French Champagne.
Yashar discussed Everything Champagne with us. This tasting was for students and alumni of South Seattle Community College. It was hosted by Champagne region of France.
Champagne is perfect for all occasions and all foods.
One of my favorite things to do is Saber Champagne. Was fun to get some new tricks to try next time.
